4th wall? Puah!

So...I just wrote the following paragraph :"The black walls are covered with [SHAMELESS WORD PADDING ANYONE? MUST REDO THIS PARAGRAPH] yellow and red curtains, and the dim light barely shines through the curtain of smoke that fills the crowded place [STUPID NON-SMOKING LAWS BE DAMNED]."
Sad.
But still fun as hell to write. And I will not have my characters run outside to smoke every five minutes!
